#SheTookCharge
is a movement dedicated to empowering women to take charge of their pelvic health, and take control of their lives.
#SheTookCharge
aims to bring together women of all walks of life, medical and wellness professionals and community based health organisations for a day of inspiration, education and fun!
The event will highlight health issues that women commonly face but do not talk about, such as bladder control, sexual frustrations, pelvic organ prolapse, kegels exercise, and more. It will also look into the psychological impact these problems have on our confidence and emotions, and how we can overcome them.
Hear straight from professionals in this field, and have a chance to ask them questions.
